REFUND POLICY
Cancelation
You can cancel your order within 2 days after validation; however, if your order has been prepared, we cannot cancel it.
Returns
Our return policy applies within 15 days of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
In order to be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when shipped: with the tag, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Refund (if applicable)
Once the item has been received, we will immediately send you a notification email, informing you that your refund request has been taken into account. Once this is accepted, you will receive the refund via the same payment method used.
Trades
We offer an exchange service only for undamaged or non-compliant items, if you have requested personalization on your jersey we cannot proceed with an exchange.
